JUNIOR STYLISTS (New Talent)
Please be aware when booking with one of our new talent stylist that you are part of the learning experience but you will receive all of our ritual services in addition to your scheduled service. You can still expect world-class customer service and the highest quality of technical work from our new talent leveled stylists.
Another thing to also be aware of is, timing. New talent stylists are working on service expediency. In other words service timings can be longer than Senior and Master stylists and your patience is greatly appreciated! Please do not hesitate to leave us any feedback on your experience with any of our new talent stylists directly with them or the manager.
SENIOR STYLISTS (Medium Level)
Senior stylists have at least one-three years experience in the hair industry and are still building their clientele. Senior stylists as well as all our stylist levels are in continuous education. Senior level stylists also attend our Monthly education classes through the salon. They have tested out of basic Cut and Color level training and are now into the more advance training. Seniors are eager to learn more about their trade and are pushing themselves to get to the next level with performance and numbers.
MASTER STYLISTS (Higher Level)
Master stylists (best of the best) are our most experienced technicians and have been in the industry 2+ years. They are the most experienced and educated stylist of our team and reach their goals and numbers every week. They are acknowledged in our salon as leaders and bring the most educated experience to the team. Masters bring a wealth of knowledge and broad portfolio of design ideas to their clients. Monthly trend training with Cut and Color keeps their skills on the cutting edge, and up to date making them not only amazing stylist, but great instructors as well. Take note, most of our master stylist will have assistants and or apprentices working side by side with them not only to assist them with performing the Cut and Color rituals to make their guest feel more comfortable and pampered but also for learning as well. Master stylist are the ones to create new trends, they push themselves to be on the forefront of new techniques.

14 Day return policy on all products and tools. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No refunds on deposits.
If for some reason you are not happy with the service your stylist provided, we can have the same stylist fix it for you. Please be aware that
every stylist has a different of doing hair, if you want a different stylist to be assigned to you, there might be an additional charge based
on the stylist and the services that need to be perform. Hair treatments including Keratin treatments and color correctives results will vary
based on client's hair condition, buildup, texture, porosity and density. Some clients required multiple visits to the salon to achieve desire results. For this reason, there are no refunds on this type of services and the client will be charge by the stylist every time a treatment or color corrective needs to be reapplied.
All appointments that are cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services fee. If you are going to be late for your appointment, you must call the salon at (847) 783-4650 to notify your stylist. Appointments who are late more than 15 minutes will be consider a No-Show and will be subject to the Cancellation Fee Policy.
